Yes, we provide all paper goods and
utensils.

We'll give you printed instructions at the
store to assure your meal is perfectly prepared.
How early should I book you for a buffet?
We have the ability to prepare fresh cold
foods for the same day. In addition, some hot specialty foods
can be prepared with a minimum of 24 hour notice. However, 5 or
more days notice would be appreciated.
I am having a party and other people are bringing food. Should I
order a buffet?
Probably not. You can "fill in" with both
hot and cold dishes a la carte from our store.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Do you offer sit down meals?
No.
Do you help serve the food at a buffet?
Yes, for a fee.
How do I figure the gratuity?
The gratuity is calculated into the price
of the buffet. Our gratuity is 18%.
What is the minimum number of people that I need for a buffet?
10 people.
What is the maximum number of people that you serve?
We have served buffets for up to 450
people.
I am ordering food from you, a la carte. Can I still get place
settings, utensils, and napkins?
Yes, for a slight additional charge.
Can I assort the various breads and rolls?
Of course.
When I order a tossed salad or antipasto, does it come with
salad dressing?
Yes, we will give you a side of our
Italian dressing.
When I order a meat platter, will it come with rolls and salads?
No. But we can provide you with fresh
bread trays and salads.
